The location is perfect, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the castle. The staff went out of their way to guide us to a guarded parking lot and assist with luggage. Highly recommended!
Felt so comfortable, didn't have anything to complain about.

Spotless atmospheric hotel, friendly staff and favourable location close to everything that a tourist would need. Clean and terrific rooms with great views of the castle. Location near the center of Gaziantep and many sightseeing places. For tea or coffee visit Cagdas Tatli Salonu nearby. Perfectly pleasant overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in the narrow alleys of the old town. It was a true gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering great service throughout my stay. The room, although tiny, was clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail such as a hand wash tub placed in the shower cabin. The breakfast included was a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, everything was just fine.

The hotel is nestled in the narrow streets of the old town. The location is perfect for wandering and exploring the area. The breakfast served on the rooftop was pleasant and offered a great view, adding to the experience. the staff was kind and supportive, we even received extra help with parking our car free of charge.
The WiFi in our room was weak. We couldn't connect to it, though it could have been remedied if we had asked staff for assistance.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at the hotel. We had a difficult time navigating the narrow streets of the historic part of the city, but the staff went out of their way to guide us to a guarded parking lot near the hotel. They even rescued us during a busy festival day!
I did experience a loose wall plug in my room and my bed creaked, but these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the central location, which made it easy to explore the city and visit key sights. , the breakfast was decent and got me prepared for my day ahead. the staff was very hospitable and always offered to assist with any requests I had.
My experience at the hotel was not all positive. The room given to me was quite small and old, with outdated furniture, which made it less comfortable for me.

Nestled in the heart of the town, this hotel is located in the old town's narrow back streets and close to everything you might need. It is very close to the main attractions of the town, making it easy to explore all the sights on foot. You can also find plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to experience the local culture.
The room and bathroom could have been cleaner and in better condition.
